2) NO STEAM  COMING OUT,BUT COFFEE IT'S HOT.
- Check your steam pressure gauge(must be between 1.0 - 1.5 white area )
- Clean your steam wand or nozzle holes, at the pointer normally there are 3 or 4, and you can clean them with a paper clip.
- After doing these open your steam knob all the way, if no steam coming out
- Check your water boiler level(Some machines have a glass indicator, which it must be in the midle or a little above it.
- Also  be aware that for any reason a partcular unit can be without electricity overnite, for example a thunderstorm cut it off, etc,
once this happened your machine could have been out for a while therefore it has cooled off, and when it reheats it ould create  false steam pressure.
- At this point open your steam knob for about 10 seconds, and close it inmediately you must waita minimum of 10 minutes in 1 group  machines and 25 minutes in the 2 groups.
- After doing all of the above steps, if the problem still please call our Service Department.

3) NO WATER OR NO COFFEE COMING OUT AT ALL.
- If you have a grinder, please check the thickness of the coffee grounds, with your fingers, if you feel it like a powder most likely that's your problem.
Coffee grounds can not be too fine because when you load it in to your group head it cloges, and it stops the extraction so much that the water can not goes thru.At this point your grinder must be calibrated to the right grind. Most grinders have at the bottom of the hopper a little safety pin to your left side, you must push it down and then turn the circular..................... to the opposite direction of your clock ..........., move it about 2 or 3 lines or numbers, before you do this you must empty your ground coffee from the dispenser, then you can grind new. Then try it on your machine, if still no coffee coming out do the same procedure again , until you get coffee coming out.
- Check if you have water in the boliler
- Check if your waterline it's on(another words if you have water coming in )
- Check your water pressure gauge most machines, bottom gauge it must between 1 to 4 bar.......
- After going thru the above steps if you still have problems please call our Service Department.

4) COFFEE OR COFFEE GROUNDS COMING OUT OF THE GROUP,WHEN MAKING COFFEE.
- First of all, make sure that your group head it's cleaned by placing your portafilter at brewing position witn no coffee, then hit your brewing button or switch let the water run thru it,and with your right hand I want you to turn from left to right the portafilter a few times, you should start seeing coffee grounds, before taking the portafilter out you must turn off your button or switch, do this until you see no coffee grounds coming out. Then fill it up with cofffee and your normal brewing cycle and see the result. If you still getting splashed and a little explosion at the head please call our Service Department
