Supremo Specialty Coffee offers three different programs to invest on Espresso and Cappuccino coffee machines.
NEW BUSINESS Program: (whole new location, new management or change of concept).
• New Business Program is offered on the "Purchase" basis only and includes:
Purchase of a Brand New Espresso/Cappuccino Coffee machine:
- One year full warranty parts and labor (in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties).
- Delivery, installation (not including plumbing or electrical ) and a training session for your staff including:
"how to make A perfect Espresso and Cappuccino."
- 10 lbs of Espresso Coffee (ground or beans value at $45.00 dollars).
- 1 case of Styro foam 4 oz espresso cups (1,000 ct) with our logo (value at $22.50).
- Customer has liberty to buy our coffee(*) without any quantity commitment, or buy another brand.
- Free Maintenance & Service (for Dade, Broward counties only) to all customers buying Supremo Specialty Coffee (a minimum purchase of 10 or 20 lbs of coffee per week depending on the machine size).
- If customer does not buy the required minimum of Supremo Specialty Coffee, we can still service your machine for an affordable rate of $45.00 minimum charge which includes the round trip traveling time and the first 30 minutes once the technician gets there, parts and additional time will be charged extra at $ 45.00 per hour. Normally 75 % of service calls take between 30 to 60 minutes in Dade and 60 to 120 minutes in Broward.
Note: (*) After the first year 95% of the customers that buy our machines are still using our coffee, therefore customer will be entitled to FREE MAINTENANCE & SERVICE (for Dade, Broward counties only).
• Purchase of a Pre-owned Espresso/Cappuccino Coffee machine:
- 90 days warranty, parts and labor (in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties will be serviced in situ. Others counties or states equipment must be shipped (pre-paid freight) to our service center at:

Please contact us at: 1-888-882-3966 to get a Service Authorization Number before you do any shipment.
- Delivery, installation (not including plumbing or electrical), training session including:

- This option may save as much as 50 % versus the price tag of a new one (subject to availability).
- We may finance up to 50% of the value of the Pre-owned espresso machine after meeting with the owner and seeing the business operation (Dade & Broward only); Please inquired with us at: 1-888-882-3966 or click here.
- In special circumstances (excellent location with a high potential returns), we will rent the Equipment at a very affordable price, depending on the size and model chosen, for 24 months.
- The rent pays for the usage and any service or maintenance that the equipment may need. Customer do not have to worry about spending on repairs.
ESTABLISHED BUSINESS Program (minimum 2 years in operation with same owner or management).
• The Establish Business Program is offered on a "Purchase or Lease" basis:
- With the Purchase or Lease Program you may acquired a NEW or PRE-OWNED machine with the same terms and conditions mentioned above in the New Business Program .
• Free Loaner Machine Program: offers a Free Espresso coffee machine with the commitment of a weekly Espresso coffee purchase. It requires a two year coffee supply contract.
It presents the following Benefits:
- Free Espresso coffee Machine; this means not need to purchase nor rent or lease expenses.
- Free Espresso coffee Machine Installation value: $150.00
- Free Maintenance and Service to our Espresso coffee machine; this means: no extra expenses involved to run your Espresso coffee business.
Weekly Espresso Commitment purchase required in program is as follow:
- BZ40 P, Semi 1 group Output capacity : 30 to 50 cups/hr.
Minimum weekly purchase: 1 case or 10 lbs at $49.50.
- ELLISE DE, Automatic 1 group Output capacity : 50 to 80 cups/hr.
Minimum weekly purchase: 2 cases or 20 lbs at $99.00.
- ELLISE DE, Automatic 2 group Output capacity : 80 to 120 cups/hr.
Minimum weekly purchase: 3 cases or 30 lbs at $148.50.
- ELLISE DE, Automatic 3 group Output capacity: 120 to 180 cups/hr.
Minimum weekly purchase: 5 cases or 50 lbs at $247.50.

The Free Loaner Machine Program is subject to our approval by seeing the business and meeting with the owner, as well as a credit and references check up.
