We will supply and deliver our espresso coffee blends, Gourmet Specialty Coffee, allied Products to your business door on schedule as part of the turnkey package agreement. The following is included as part of the start up face:

Complete Miscellaneous Opening Supplies.

Specialty Supremo Coffee will disclose and handled the complete Miscellaneous Opening Supplies with a signed agreement only. This will include all additional equipment and supplies not mention before such as Milk Steaming Pichers, Cups and Saucers, Paper bags, Cold and Hot , Flavored Syrups types and initial Inventory needed to start an Espresso Coffee Business among others.

Installation and set up of Cart/Kiosk and Contracted Equipment.

Supremo Specialty Coffee will Assemble, Install and Set-up all Cart/Kiosk as well as all contracted equipment (Espresso Coffee Machine, Brewing Coffee Machine and Grinder). All equipment will be professionally set in working conditions conform to regulatory local and state codes.

Personal Training (audio-visual professional support):

- Learn to Operate and service your equipment professionally:
- Supremo Specialty Coffee will perform one to one training with your staff on all contracted equipment.
- Learn to Prepare Espresso Based Drinks professionally:
- Supremo Specialty Coffee will provide an audio-visual training video by Bellisimo as part of your turnkey business package.
- Supremo Specialty Coffee will perform one to one training session with your selected barista staff to review espresso coffee drinks preparation.
- One to one support when first opening of business:
- Supremo Specialty Coffee will be present during 2 hours to assist start the first opening business day.


Maintenance and Technical support in all contracted equipment.

Supremo Specialty Coffee will stablish and programe a regular maintenance schedule for all contracted equipment; we offer telephone (305 638-3966 or 1-888-882-3966) and web technical support (www.supremospecialtycoffee.com) during regular business hours for eventual problems your equipment may develop.

• Maintenance programe will include:
- Check Group gasket ware. (must be replaced every 6 months).
- Check and clean Group Screen or shower. (replace if needed).
- Complete Group and electro-valve wash and back-flush maintenance.
- Check water pump pressure (10 bar). Calibrate if needed.
- Check steam pressure. Calibrate if needed.
- Check water temperature. Calibrate if needed.
- Check automatic water re-filling system.
- Recycle water in boiler.
- Check steam flow from wands.
- Check pressure-stat system.
- Check drainage flow.
- Check water softner filter. (must be replaced every 6 months).

Scheduled maintenance visits will be taking place every two months on a day set previously by Supremo Specialty Coffee maintenance Department.
